Please read these terms carefully. By registering an account or using any part of the v789 platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
1.Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and v789 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). v789 enforces a strict minimum age of 21. Any person under the age of 21 who attempts to register or use the Platform is acting in breach of these Terms. v789 will close any account found to belong to an underage user and will not return any funds deposited by such a user.

4.Account Registration and Security
To access the full Services offered by v789, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide your mobile phone number, a chosen password, your full legal name, date of birth and any additional information v789 may request for the purpose of identity verification or KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance. All information provided must be truthful, accurate and current at the time of registration and updated promptly if it changes.

- Do not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members. v789 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
- Do not access or attempt to access another player's account. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
- Enable two-factor authentication where offered. v789 recommends this security feature for all accounts, particularly those holding significant balances.
- Log out of your account when using a shared or public device. v789 is not responsible for losses incurred due to the use of your account on a device accessible to others.
v789 reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
5.Deposits and Withdrawals
v789 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by v789, however individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits which are outside v789's control. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where identifiable, subject to any processing fees imposed by the payment provider.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name and belonging to the same individual as the v789 account holder. v789 does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals to other methods may take longer depending on the payment provider. v789 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal if verification checks are outstanding or if the withdrawal triggers v789's anti-money laundering review procedures.
- Deposits made in error (e.g., double deposits or deposits made to the wrong account) must be reported to support within 24 hours. v789 will use reasonable efforts to reverse erroneous deposits but cannot guarantee recovery in all circumstances.
- v789 applies anti-money laundering screening to all transactions. Where v789 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a deposit or withdrawal is related to unlawful activity, it will freeze the relevant funds and report its suspicions to appropriate authorities.
- Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately within your account. Real-money withdrawals can be processed at any time on your real-money balance. Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
- v789 reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per day. Any applicable limits will be communicated within the account dashboard and may vary by payment method or player verification status.
- Account balances that remain inactive (no login, no transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the account dashboard. v789 will notify players by SMS prior to applying any inactivity fee.
Players are encouraged to use v789's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits and session time limits — to manage their spending. These tools are accessible at any time from the account dashboard and take effect immediately upon activation.
6.Bonuses and Promotions
v789 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and to any specific bonus terms published alongside the individual offer. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall take precedence in respect of that bonus only.
Bonus funds credited to your account carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered on eligible games before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games for each bonus will be specified in the individual offer terms.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, or per payment method unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or other means constitutes fraud.
- v789 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific bonus terms, or if the bonus was obtained by exploiting an error or technical fault in the Platform.
- Bonuses are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred between accounts. Bonuses credited in error will be removed from the account without notice.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the maximum winnings cap and wagering requirements specified in the individual offer terms. Winnings from free spins that exceed the stated cap will be forfeited.
- v789 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Any player who has already claimed a bonus that is subsequently cancelled will have the bonus and any associated wagering requirements removed from their account.
Systematic betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, or the deliberate selection of low-volatility games to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk — are prohibited. v789 may void bonuses and associated winnings where such activity is detected.
7.Responsible Gaming

- Fraud, including the use of stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment instruments; the use of false identity documents; or the deliberate misrepresentation of personal information during registration or verification.
- Money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform to conceal, transfer, convert or otherwise deal with the proceeds of crime. v789 is obligated to report suspicious transactions and will cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation.
- Collusion, including coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, poker, or sports betting markets; sharing insider information regarding live sporting events; or in any way manipulating game outcomes.
- The use of automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence programmes or any other software designed to interact with the Platform without human input, or to gain a systematic advantage in any game or betting market.
- Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing behaviour directed at other players, v789 staff, customer support agents, or live dealer personnel. v789 operates a zero-tolerance policy on abuse of its staff and reserves the right to close accounts without warning in response to such behaviour.
v789 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected after a withdrawal has already been processed, v789 reserves the right to pursue recovery of the relevant funds through legal means.
9.Intellectual Property
All content available on the v789 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, interface design and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the intellectual property of v789 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to download, copy, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform for any purpose other than your personal use of the Services.
You must not use v789's name, logo, trademarks or any other brand identifiers in any way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship without v789's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of v789's intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent permitted by law.
10.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v789 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or the Services. This includes, without limitation, any loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if v789 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
v789 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. v789 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability and to notify players in advance of scheduled maintenance downtime, but does not accept liability for losses arising from unplanned outages or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude v789's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.Amendments and Governing Law
v789 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, v789 will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice via SMS or account notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which v789 is registered and operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of that jurisdiction. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the arbitration forum and to accept the arbitration decision as final and binding.
